Periodic Reports are $10.00
Our cost for being your Registered Agents is $46.00 per year.
Our cost for filing your Periodic Report is $25.00 per year.
These cost have not and will changed for the life of your company.
The fees have not changed since 2009, the beginning of my company.
If you want our services there are two ways to pay. We can invoice you, or your can pay online. To be invoiced, you do not have to pay for 30 days, just give us your contact information. Or, if you wish you can pay online.
